As a Junior Buyer, you will be involved in the Purchasing Department of the Italian site of Italdesign, based in Moncalieri (Turin).

Responsibilities

As trainee, you will be supported by your Tutor in order to learn the major duties of the role:

• Supplier documents and relationship management.
• International suppliers scouting.
• Interfacing and working together with different speakers, both internal and suppliers/customers.
• Tender management in general purchasing for row materials (technical specification from business unit collection, request for quotation submission, quotation collection and harmonization, negotiation, supplier nomination).
• Generate reports and various presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads)
• Assist in content creation for Italdesign’s digital platforms, including website, newsletters, and social media
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor strategies
• Collaborate on the development of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance digital visibility
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
